FLORENCE MINI STORAGE has been serving the needs of Florence residents since 1977.  We offer over 500 units, both heated and unheated, in sizes from 5' X 5' to 13' X 36'. 

Paul and Carole Manigold, the resident managers, make the moving experience as pleasant as can be while keeping the grounds neat and the units clean.  If you are not sure what you need, come in or give us a call and we'll help you decide what will work best!

The property is fenced and has an access controlled entrance gate, linked to the computerized monitoring system.  RV spaces are also available.  We offer discounts for pre-paying, 6 months or one year and now accept  major credit cards for payment.
